Liberty Acres Campground & RV Park, is located on 60 beautiful acres of Horses and Exotic Animals in Liberty, North Carolina in Alamance County. Close to Siler City, Asheboro, Pittsboro, Greensboro, Burlington and Chapel Hill, NC. Camp next to a pasture of Llamas, overlooking a pond with Geese, Black Swans & Capybara. Stroll the pastoral zoo which features Zebras, Kangaroos, Foxes, Servals, Sloths, Lemurs, Kinkajous, Monkeys, Alpacas, Zebus, and many more.
Campsites are in a gated area with spacious lots with gravel pads, full hook-ups with water, 20 amp, 30 amp and 50 amp electrical service, septic hookup at each site, and a conveniently located central dump station and dumpster. Firewood is available at the sites as well as picnic tables and fire pits.
The Cabin at the Zoo is set in the middle of a farm and zoo. This two story peaceful retreat has a large covered porch that overlooks a 30-acre horse field. You will reside with tortoises wandering the yard and many exotic animals nearby.
The cabin’s full kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, full stove, full oven, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes and stainless cookware. There is a woodstove as well as three mini-splits for heat and air. The bedrooms are appointed with down comforters, linens, towels, and toiletries. There’s free high-speed fiber wifi access and two flat screen TVs. Vintage timber beams in the kitchen support an iron spiral stair to the large loft bedroom.
